Don’t forget to talk to current officers and staff about what it is like to be a postgraduate at the University of York and a GSA principal officer at the same time.
We are also running an election for Student Trustees – this is an unpaid role during which you will be expected to attend four meetings a year to help guide the future of the Graduate Students’ Association as a charity. You can find out more about what being a charity trustee is all about here.
All candidates should be familiar with the Election Regulations. If you are running for a principal officer position then you should also look at the training programme (dates provisional) and levels of support you will be given when in post.
