The GSA is holding an election for voluntary officers who make up the GSA Council.

We are also looking for a part-time (11-hours a week), paid Welfare Officer to lead the GSA’s work on welfare and wellbeing. You can find out more about the role here.
Finally, we will also be looking for two Student Trustees – this is an unpaid role during which you will be expected to attend four meetings a year to help guide the future of the Graduate Students’ Association as a charity. You can find out more about what being a charity trustee is all about here.
Postgraduate students can run for both the Welfare Officer position and one other voluntary position. You can only run for one voluntary position.
Nominations open: Monday 30th September 2013 – 1200 Monday 21 October
Candidate briefing: 1230 on 21th October 2013
Poster hand in: 1200 Wednesday 23rd October.
Poster pick up and campaigning starts: 1000 Friday 25th October
Voting open: 1200 Monday 28rd October 2013 – 1200 4th November 2013
Winners announced: 1200 5th November 2013
